Emergency First Aid (Blended/Online):
Basic half-day course offering lifesaving first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home.
Blended delivery relies on a combination of in-class, face-to-face instruction with online instruction. Theory and information is conveyed to participants outside of the classroom through an online component, which allows for the in-class component to concentrate on skill development and application of theory.

Online must be completed before class begins. 

Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.
